Hi, I'm Ella Colarossi an advertising creative making visuals, campaigns, and stories that make people stop scrolling.
I love work that's honest, bold, and a little funny. Outside of advertising, I'm usually baking, painting, or hanging out in Philadelphia.
Let's make something amazing.
Welcome to my portfolio! This is a showcase of my recent projects where creativity meets purpose.
Take a look, and feel free to reach out if you'd like to work with me!
Graduated Spring 2025 from Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Advertising: Art Direction
Team Lead, Art Director
I led the team in developing a hypothetical strategy to increase interest in attending events and visiting Laurel Hill Cemetery, with the goal of encouraging more people to sign up for Friends of Laurel Hill. This exercise focused on targeted outreach and engagement to strengthen community involvement and support.
Art Director
I shaped the visual identity and creative direction for the semester-long campaign culminating in The Klein College Senior Showcase. I collaborated on branding, designed promotional materials, and ensured a consistent aesthetic, gaining hands-on experience in creative teamwork and adapting designs in real time.
Marketing Manager
Worked closely with the Marketing Director to create and execute content for the restaurant group. I ran the social media for six of our locations and our food truck, making sure each spot had its own personality. I handled all graphic design for branding, promos, and events, and I teamed up with our store managers to make sure everything we shared reflects the real guest experience.
Social Media Manager
I developed and executed tailored social media strategies across platforms, collaborating with clients to capture their brand voice and goals. By curating engaging content and managing a team of interns, I ensured consistent, high-quality campaigns that boosted brand presence and audience engagement.
Digital Marketing Intern
During my digital marketing internship, I created on-brand content, managed social media accounts, and boosted visibility and engagement. I collaborated closely with the team to align efforts with clients’ marketing goals.
Director of PR & Marketing, Epsilon Phi
I developed and executed strategic social media plans and content across platforms. I created event announcements to boost participation and foster community, ensuring all messaging aligned with the chapter’s brand. This maintained a cohesive presence that reflected Tri Delta’s values and strengthened its image.
